After UP and Mumbai Police, Assam Police has entered into the meme realm in order to spread a strong message.

Assam Police’s tweet about fake news peddlers involves Arijit Singh and this will make you go ROFL.

What did Assam Police tweet?

To spread awareness about fake news, Assam Police shared a clip of one of Arijit Singh’s concerts where he can be seen singing the popular song “Aaj Phir Tumpe Pyaar Aaya Hai”.

In the clip, the Bollywood singer can be heard singing few lines of the song that are: “Na fikar na sharam na lihaj ek baar aaya hai”.

Taking it to Twitter, the verified account of Assam Police wrote “Fake News Peddlers be like, Phir misinformation share karne chla hai tu #ThinkBeforeYouShare @ARIJIT_SINGH @Bollyhungama @filmfare”

Recently, following the ‘Pawri Ho Rahi Hai’ trend UP Police made a hilarious tweet to send across a message.

UP Police tweeted, “Ye hum hai aur hamari car hai )This is us and our car), Agar late night Pawri aapko distrub kar rahi hai toh, (If late night party is disturbing you) ye hamara number hai (Here is our number).”
