Athiradi Box Office Collection Day 4:Malayalam action entertainer Athiradi, starring Tovino Thomas and Basil Joseph, is continuing its impressive theatrical run with strong momentum at the global box office. After a solid opening weekend, the film witnessed another upward trend on Day 4, recording nearly 9.8 percent growth in India collections while maintaining a dominant overseas performance.
According to the latest trade estimates, Athiradi earned around Rs 5.60 crore India net on Day 4, taking its total India net collection to approximately Rs 21.02 crore. The film’s India gross now stands at nearly Rs 24.38 crore.

The Arun Anirudhan directorial has also emerged as a major success in overseas territories. Reports suggest the movie added nearly Rs 5 crore internationally on Sunday alone, pushing its overseas gross collection to an impressive Rs 21 crore.
With combined domestic and international earnings, Athiradi has now grossed around Rs 45.38 crore worldwide within just four days of release.

Trade tracking portal Sacnilk said that the Day 4 figures saw a solid 9.8 percent leap when compared to Saturday collections, suggesting a fairly strong ripple effect through word of mouth among the audiences.

Occupancy
As per reports the movie pulled in overall occupancy of more than 55 percent on Sunday, and the evening shows almost reached 68 percent occupancy. Kerala is still the biggest market for the film, and it is basically contributing most of the domestic revenue. Kochi, Kozhikode, and Chennai are mentioned as places where theatre occupancy stayed especially steady, and quite high too.

Athiradi has been getting largely positive audience vibes, mostly for its lively college-festival setting, the mass entertainer feel, and the chemistry between Tovino Thomas and Basil Joseph. That said, some viewers did point out pacing concerns in certain stretches of the film. Still, social media chatter around the climax plus crowd favorite scenes has helped keep ticket demand strong, and theatre footfalls consistent.
