Bhojpuri Actress Priyansu Singh Accuses Co-Star Puneet Singh Of Rape: Priyansu Singh has lodged a police report against her co-star Puneet Singh Rajput, accusing her of rape. According to media reports, the actress asserted that Puneet forced her to engage in unnatural physical activities.

Priyansu stated in an interview with ETimes that Puneet forced himself on her several times, and when the actress threatened him, he pledged to marry her.
Reportedly, the prominent Bhojpuri actress met Puneet on social media, where he was initially’very sweet and polite’ to her. Additionally, Priyansu stated that he used her to enter the film industry.
“He absolutely earned my confidence. He has always promised to marry me. After some time, he also began to visit my residence; in fact, he moved into my neighbourhood. When I was alone one day, he arrived at my home intoxicated and attacked me physically. When he regained consciousness the following morning, I wept and told him about the previous night and the violent act. I also warned him that I would report the incident to the police. “He wept and apologised to me, and he also reassured me that he would marry me as soon as he persuaded his family,” the actress explained.
She continued, “He has always expressed his desire to marry me. However, Puneet repeated the same action. He once more imposed himself upon me. I was compelled to do something against my will. He seized my hair and forced me to act unnaturally.”
Reportedly, Priyansu and Puneet collaborated on multiple Bhojpuri music videos. A FIR was lodged by the actress on August 1, 2023.
