The moment we all were desperately waiting for finally arrived as we got the winner of Bigg Boss 12. It’s Dipika Kakar, she was announced as the winner by the host of the show Salman Khan. The final battle for the winner’s title was between Dipika and her ‘bhai’ Sreesanth.
The former cricketer ended up at the second position and Deepak Thakur walked away with the briefcase of money. Romil Choudhary and Karanvir Bohra got evicted earlier in the finale.
Karanvir Bohra, Romil Chaudhary, Deepak Thakur, Dipika and Sreesanth were the top five contestants of Bigg Boss 12.
TV actress Dipika Kakar Ibrahim, who shot to fame by essaying the role of Simar in Colors’ popular show, Sasural Simar Ka is entering the house solo. There were rumours that her husband and TV actor Shoaib Ibrahim will tag along with her.
One of the most romantic moments in the house this year belong to Dipika and her husband Shoaib Ibrahim who visited the house during the family week. Their bond was evident from the little time that they spent together inside the house, and his visit surely made her double her efforts to be seen and heard inside the house.

This year, Bigg Boss’ performance in terms of TRPs has been disappointing. The contestants, which included commoners and celebrities, failed to sustain the interest of the viewers.
Bigg Boss 12 premiered in September this year. Salman Khan returned as the host of the reality show. Bigg Boss house hosted the contestants in pairs for the first time. A few wildcard entries like Surbhi Rana, Rohit Suchanti and Megha Dhade created havoc inside the house but none of them could make it to the grand finale.
