Bihar BEd CET 2020 exam: The joint entrance examination for admission to B.Ed course in government and non-government colleges of Bihar will be conducted on September 22. Candidates who have applied for the examination can download the admit card from September 15.
After the order of the Supreme Court, it has been decided to take the exam on the basis of test itself.
The Supreme Court had granted a chance of five days. After this, with full preparation, the nodal in-charge of B.Ed entrance exam submitted the report in the court.
1.25 lakh students have applied to take this examination. The date of this examination had to be deferred twice. Convener of Teachers Training College, Dr. Sanjay Kumar has demanded that the whole process be completed in October.
There are around 350 teacher training colleges in Bihar of which 90 per cent are private institutions. It employs 5500 teachers and 3000 non-teaching staff.
Due to a lack of admission, the salary of these people is also under threat.
