Amidst the horror of corona, bird flu (H5N1 Virus) and swine flu (H1N1 Virus) are causing havoc in Bihar. On Monday, a dozen crow deaths were reported in Munger Sadar block. Hundreds of animals and birds have died in the first place. The swine and bird flu has also begun to arrest humans.

Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has ordered necessary action and monitoring of the persistent unnatural deaths of animal birds in view of swine flu and bird flu.

According to information received, about a dozen crow were found dead in Munger’s Mahadhalai and Nauvalhi panchayats on Monday. Earlier, birds have died in recent times in several villages of Munger’s Haveli Kharghpur block area.

District Animal Husbandry Officer Dr Shravan Kumar Bhagat said that samples from the deceased Crows have been sent to Patna for investigation.

Earlier on Saturday, 26 crows were found dead in Devapur village of the Address police station area of East Champaran. Vedananda Jha, the representative of Pramila Devi, head of Devapur Panchayat, said that the veterinary doctor of the address, Dr Alok Kumar Singh sanitize the spot. Then, samples were sent to Patna for investigation.

In addition, more than two dozen crows were killed in Patna last week. Some bats were also found dead near the Patna High Court. The dead of other birds, etc., have also been reported in place. The crow is also reported to have died in the place of Baksar.

In Bihar, bird and swine flu have also made a foothold among mankind. In recent times, half a dozen patients of swine flu have come to the fore. On March 6, a young woman was confirmed to have swine flu for the first time. The young woman of Patna City was investigated in suspicion of corona and swine flu was detected. Several cases of swine and bird flu have been reported in Bihar.
