Hajipur: A youth has been shot dead in the Nagar police station region of the city. The killers escaped from the spot after carrying out the attack. The police arrived at the spot has gathered in the investigation.
A youth was shot and killed after assailants entered his house near Butan Das Matth in the respective police station area. Furore gripped the family as they were informed about the murder. The youth has been identified as Rupesh Kumar Tiwari, resident of Rinkar village which falls under the Lalganj police station area.
It is said that Rupesh was living in a rented house with his family where he was killed.The young man had married his love six months ago, the wife of the deceased has alleged that her father is behind the killing.
The police reached the spot and took the deceased’s body into the possession and sent it further for post-mortem.The investigation into the matter is underway.
