Gaya to Get 125 Electric Buses in November
Gaya is expected to receive 125 electric buses from the Central Government in November. These buses are planned to improve public transport services and support the shift towards cleaner vehicles.
The arrival of the buses is one part of a wider plan to improve travel facilities in Bihar. However, the exact routes and service schedules for the new buses haven’t been announced in the information shared so far.
Seven-Storey Inter-State Bus Terminal Planned in Gaya

The project is expected to be completed within two years. The tender process is scheduled to begin soon. Once completed, the terminal is expected to provide passengers with more facilities while also creating space for commercial activities.
31 Bus Stands to Be Upgraded Across Bihar
The state government is also planning to modernise bus stands at 31 locations under a public-private partnership (PPP) model. The aim is to improve passenger facilities and make bus stations more suitable for daily travel.
