Birthright Outlander: Blood of My Blood Episode 6 Release Date Preview, Cast and Schedule

Birthright Outlander: Blood of My Blood Episode 6:Outlander: Blood of My Blood Episode 6 (“Birthright”) dropped Friday, September 5, 2025. If you’re in the U.S., it hit Starz at 8 pm (both ET and PT) and, for all you night owls, showed up on the Starz app at midnight ET. Canadians had to wait till around 9 pm.

Birthright Outlander: Blood of My Blood Episode 6 Where to Watch?

Want to watch it live? Just head to Starz, old-school style, or fire up the Starz app the second it’s up. If you’re one of those folks who likes everything in one place, Starz is also hanging out on Prime Video, Philo, Sling, FuboTV, and DirecTV. Canada? It’s Crave or Prime Video (but only if you slap on that Starz channel add-on). No free lunch, as usual.

Season 1: Episode Schedule

Here’s the deal: Season one is 10 episodes, one per week. The first five ran August 8-29, then “Birthright” hit on September 5. After that, it’s:

  • Ep 7: Sept 12
  • Ep 8: Sept 19
  • Ep 9: Sept 26
  • Ep 10 (finale): October 10

Plot

This prequel’s all about double trouble:
1917, England World War I, prophecies, and Julia Moriston clinging to love with Henry Beauchamp while the world’s on fire.

1714, Scotland: Ellen MacKenzie and Brian Fraser, sneaking around in the Highlands, dodging drama and clan feuds.

“Birthright” basically slams these timelines together. Julia’s in labor, Henry’s losing his mind looking for her, and meanwhile Brian and Ellen are tiptoeing into their own messy future. The vibes are intense, to put it mildly.

Episode Tease

Julia’s water breaks outta nowhere. Lord Lovat insists they tie the knot before the baby shows up, because, you know, old-school rules. Thenthe midwife drops a bomb: Julia and the baby might’ve died in childbirth. Henry? Obliterated. Like, the kind of heartbreak you feel in your bones.

On the acting front, Hermione Corfield (Julia) is just raw pain and panic, absolutely nails it. Jeremy Irvine (Henry) is wrecked in every scene. Honestly, it’s the sort of episode that yanks the rug out from under you, emotionally.

Birthright Outlander: Blood of My Blood Cast

Let’s give a shoutout to the main crew:

  • Hermione Corfield as Julia Moriston
  • Jeremy Irvine as Henry Beauchamp
  • Harriet Slater as Ellen MacKenzie
  • Jamie Roy as Brian Fraser
  • Tony Curran as Simon Fraser, Lord Lovat
  • Séamus McLean Ross as Colum MacKenzie
  • Sam Retford as Dougal MacKenzie
  • Rory Alexander as Murtagh Fitzgibbons Fraser
  • Conor MacNeill as Ned Gowan

Seriously, who didn’t get chills when the midwife dropped that bomb about Julia? And while all this chaos is happening, you’ve got Ellen and Brian in the background, quietly making history. Henry’s whole world is crashing down, but you can just feel the fate gears grinding. Outlander’s messing with your heart again classic move.
