A Gujarat BJP functionary has been suspended from the party for allegedly having an affair with the neighbour’s wife and then fleeing with her.
The case is of Bharuch district in Gujarat where BJP City Yuva Morcha General Minister, “Mahamantri” Himanshu Vaid used to regularly visit his neighbour’s family as per a report in Jagran.
Earlier this week the neighbour’s wife went missing. After much searching by her family, it was learnt that their neighbour Himanshu Vaid was also missing.
Looking deep into the matter it was found that both of their phones were also left in the home. Then the reality which came into the light was shocking for both families as all fingers were pointing to the fact that Himanshu had fled with the neighbour’s wife. It is being said that the love affair between the two was going for quite some time and the husband was completely unaware of this fact. The woman is the mother of two children.
On March 23, BJP district president Maruti Singh suspended Himanshu Vaid for six years from the party’s primary membership and active membership.
