BJP minister RK Singh targets Bihar’s health system, calls doctors “Kaamchor”

BJP minister RK Singh targets Bihar's health system, calls doctors "Kaamchor"

Bharatiya Janata Party minister Raj Kumar Singh on Monday attacked Bihar’s health system calling the doctors of the state careless, lazy and ‘kaamchor’. While addressing at a mega health camp organised at Golden Era International Campus located in Asni village of Bihar, Singh said that the health system of Bihar has been eroded.

Singh, who came to attend the program, said, “In any hospital, PHC or CHC, doctors do not work. Instead, a compounded or a woman treats that patient.”

Citing Tamil Nadu’s example, Singh said that in comparison to other states of country like Tamil Nadu, Bihar lacks in health facilities. The state not only lacks behinds on numberod good doctors but also the availability of medicines to the patients. In fact, in some hospitals, patients are given prescriptions by nurses without doctors around which is a danger to health.

Requesting the gathered audience and villagers, Singh said that it’s high time the Bihar pays heavy attention to its health sector and tightens the doctors for the betterment of patients.
