Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt is suffering from lung cancer. He was earlier suspected to be coronavirus infected. Upon being hospitalised on Saturday evening, the actor underwent a Covid-19 test that showed negative result.
The 61-year-old actor was admitted to Lilavati Hospital on 8th August for breathlessness. The first doubt of the doctors was that he had contracted coronavirus but his negative report ruled that out.
He was shifted from the ICU to a regular room on 10th. It is now being said that he has been diagnosed with lung cancer. Insiders reveal that plans are afoot to take the actor to the US for treatment. Meanwhile, here’s wishing the actor speedy recovery.
The actor’s next release “Sadak2” is scheduled to premiere on an OTT platform on August 28.
