CAT Result 2021 update: CAT Result 2021 can be expected in the second week of December, according to reports. The exam conducting will announce the release the result declaration date soon. Once released, CAT Result 2021 will be available on the official website iimcat.ac.in.
Candidates should note that CAT result would be subjected to normalization process. A total of 1, 91, 660 candidates appeared for the Common Admission Test, which was conducted by Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad on November 28 at 156 cities in India.

The CAT 2021 score is valid only till December 31, 2022.
The CAT score card will have section-wise scaled scores, total score, and percentile scores.

- Step 4: Download CAT Result 2021 and take a print out further reference.
Note: Candidates should start preparation for further selection rounds such as for GD, WAT, and PI rounds. They should keep in mind that candidates need to shortlist B-schools and apply accordingly on the basis of their scores. However, most of the management institutes announce their admission process after the declaration of CAT exam result.
CAT Result 2021: How to calculate percentile?
The formula to calculate candidates CAT sectional and overall percentile is the same and method is mentioned below.
P= (R/ N) x 100
Where P= Percentile score, R= Candidates rank on the basis of CAT scaled score or total number of candidates who rank below and N= Number of candidates who appeared in CAT 2020 (including morning, forenoon and evening) session.
