Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday, July 2, addressed gathering in Lucknow, asking the Mayor and Chairperson of the city to inspect the city twice a day in order to attain the goals of Swachh Bharat Mission.
CM Yogi instructed the MPs, Mayors and District Magistrates of the city to appoint ward members and inspect the city once in the morning and once in the evening to see which corners of the city has the garbage dumps.
Yogi Adityanath inspired the gathering by recalling the duties of civil servants. In a statement, he said, “we are the chosen civil servants. It is our utmost duty to provide the best for the rapid development of the state. The citizens of UP are well aware pupils, who acknowledges right and wrong and so, whom to vote.”
He requested his officials to become proactive towards the cleanliness of the city. In addition to the mission of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, CM Yogi also mentioned about regularising the traffic management system, street lights and clean water to the houses.
