Getting a job is the most struggling part of the journey. No doubt the online platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed have made job hunting easier but due to competition, the task becomes tedious.
Digital resumes are becoming a trend these days but a 20-year-old girl decided to go out of the box and made a digital resume for her using the unconventional way.
The 20-year-old, Ankita Chawla used the photo-sharing platform, Instagram to create her resume. Her account is a photo gallery of a creative resume. She has used her designing skills to make her resume and posted it as a 24 picture collage on her profile.

When the girl was asked what the inspiration behind the idea was, she said that while her friends were getting a job, she was struggling to find one and she wanted to do something different to catch the attention of the employer to her resume.
As per a report, the girl spent 660 hours in designing the creative resume and another five hours to execute the plan.
This unique creative idea caught the attention of several companies and she managed to get her hands on Deloitte India who offered her the first job through Instagram. She is currently working at the company as a visual content creator.
When she was asked about the potential failure of her idea, she reportedly said, “I was a little skeptical at first because it wasn’t a traditional format that an employer is used to see. I knew my resume was a misfit among the other resumes that were going out and I knew that brought with itself a chance for failure and criticism but I eventually embraced it.”
Her Instagram account has served the purpose and the bio of the account says ‘Now Hired!’
