A chargesheet has been filed against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his deputy Manish Sisodia in onnection with Delhi Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash assault case. Reports said the Delhi Police named 11 other Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLAs in the chargesheet.
Kejriwal and Sisodia have been booked for criminal conspiracy – the duo can be jailed for a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years if convicted.
