Delhi Crime Season 3 Teaser: Netflix is bringing back Delhi Crime with season 3 and this time the story is even darker and more real. The show starts with a small case when police find an abandoned baby left alone. But soon it turns into a big mess about human trafficking. The story brings DCP Vartika Chaturvedi also known as Madam Sir face to face with a dangerous woman called Badi Didi, played by Huma Qureshi. She is a cold and powerful villain who runs a network that sells and controls young girls.
Shefali Shah comes back again as Vartika and says she still feels very close to her role. She said, “Returning as Madam Sir always feels deeply personal. Vartika is fighting an enemy that not only crosses borders, but also exists in the shadow of everyday society. Even if it means saving just one life, she keeps fighting.”

Her new enemy, Huma Qureshi, said her character is both strong and broken. “She’s shaped by trauma and wields immense control. That duality is what drew me to Delhi Crime. The show doesn’t glorify or sensationalise — it confronts hard truths head-on,” she said.
Cast: Old Faces with New Ones
Season 3 is directed by Tanuj Chopra, who also made the last one. Along with Shefali, we will again see Rasika Dugal as Neeti Singh and Rajesh Tailang as Bhupendra Singh. Jaya Bhattacharya and Anuraag Arora are also back. New actors are joining too like Sayani Gupta, Mita Vasisht, Kelly Dorji, and Anshumaan Pushkar. The mix of old and new characters will make the show more exciting and real.
This season will not just stay in Delhi but will move across states showing how crime spreads quietly. It will show how evil people hide behind normal faces and how one brave cop keeps going even when the fight looks impossible.

Delhi Crime Season 3 will come out on November 13, 2025 on Netflix. The show first came in 2019 and was based on the 2012 Delhi gang rape case. It even won an Emmy Award for Best Drama Series.
This season’s topic is human trafficking which is a very real and sad problem in India. The show will try to open people’s eyes about what really happens behind closed doors. It will make people think about justice and how much pain many victims face.
