They say scammers usually take a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) number to make calls over the Internet easier. After this these scammers tell their target user ‘Sorry, who are you?’

Send messages and talk to them in such a way that the user gets stuck most of the time.

While messaging, scammers ask the user for general things like their name, their work and their likes and dislikes and win their trust by praising them.

When a little talk starts, then scammers also get added to the user’s social media accounts, so that they get the public information of the user.

Fraudsters save your photos and videos from your social media accounts, threaten the user and sometimes even morph the photos. After this, the scammers make money by threatening the user.
