Lata Mangeshkar’s health condition has become a matter of concern for the nation as the Nightingale of India was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of the Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai after she complained of difficulty in breathing in the early hours of Monday.
While there have been constant updates on the health condition of the legendary singer, there are fake messages doing rounds on social media about the death news of Lata Mangeshkar.

However, the health condition of veteran singer Lata Mangeshkar is stable and getting better, her family said on Thursday with a request not to heed rumors.
On Thursday, Lata Mangeshkar’s spokesperson also issued a statement requesting everyone to not pay any heed to the rumors as she is getting better. The statement said, “Lata didi is stable and getting better. Request to please do not heed to needless rumors and react. Let us all collectively pray for her long life instead.”
Not only this but also the family members of the singer tweeted from her official Twitter handle.

Ace filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar also tweeted about her condition and urged people not to spread baseless rumors. “Just spoke to the family. #LataMangeshkar Tai is stable and recovering. My humble request, not to spread baseless rumors and pray for @mangeshkarlata speedy recovery,” he tweeted.
