Best known for her 2017 release ‘Dangar Doctor Jelly’, actress Geet Gambhir is now making it big with her fitness goals and has also turned a fashion writer recently. The young talent, who finds fitness as her best hobby reveals that being a part of acting industry, glamour has accentuated her interest to get more educated about fashion and therefore she felt like penning down whatever she experienced and enjoys.

Here is a recent conversation with Geet on her journey so far & what she’s looking forward to:

How did your journey begin? Were you passionate about modelling or it luckily happened by chance?

Being in front of camera has always fascinated me, but I never thought of seeing my imagination getting shaped into my present. But platform like this happened by chance and I took it as opportunity and started working towards it with sincerity. I am thankful for all my loved ones who stood by me, encouraging me and supporting me.

So, what was the biggest challenge for you in the process of establishing yourself as an actor?

There were many.. but I knew this journey was not going to be easy, so everyday I would prepare myself to reach my goal. Language & culture were few of them, but being an actor, we are trained to break all such barriers. I am thankful to my fitness trainer & acting class master who made me confident and potential enough to fit in my role. This journey will always remain beautiful to me.

How did you get into fashion writing?

Being into this industry, it accentuates my interest to get more educated about fashion and hence I feel like pen down whatever I experience and rejoy. It gives me pleasure when people reciprocate my idea of fashion.

‘You are heavily involved in fitness training and are a social media icon for many.’ What’s your daily routine?

I take fitness as my favourite hobby. Having a good & healthy body brings confidence to an individual of any age. I keep on challenging myself and try to increase my fitness level. My routine majorly involves healthy diet, workout, meditation, reading good stuff on internet, exploring new subject related to my field and spending time with family.

So, what all should a 30 minutes workout include?

It must begin with 5 minutes warm up, 20 minutes intense workout for body part you work upon and must end up with 5 minute stretching and relaxing muscles. One should maintain adequate diet with workout to have desired results.

What’s your take on body-shaming?

Never let anyone bring you down to the level you are rising up from. Always have unshakable attitude towards your goal. Stay Focused. Don’t waste energy on something which doesn’t grow with you.

If you weren’t a model-actress, what field of work would you be in?

I would have been exploring my skills in cinematography or in astrology.

What kind of a man would fascinate you?

Someone who is consistent and has Never Give up attitude. I would love to have an entertaining partner and Optimistic one.
