A shocking video footage has emerged, where a policeman is seen receiving a ‘foot-massage’ from a man in police station. The cop is seen talking on his phone as the man crouches near his feet and presses them. In the vicinity another cop is seen carrying on with his work, seemingly unaware or blatantly ignorant of this entire incident. Perhaps, in Akhilesh Yadav’s Uttar Pradesh, such incidents are routine affairs.

This particular incident is from July 23, when the man in the video, a complainant went to UP’s Mohanlalganj police station to get his complaint registered over a domestic issue. He was humiliated in the most atrocious manner by the Section House Officer (SHO) Ram Yagya Yadav when he was asked to press the SHO’s feet.
Apparently this is nothing new for the Uttar Pradesh police, which is notoriously famous for such harassment cases, as earlier on June 19 this year, a sub-inspector in states Hardoi district was suspended for receiving a massage from a woman within the police station premises. The entire incident was also caught on camera.
Apparently, the SHO Ram Yagya Yadav was suspended when the video went viral. The matter was raised to the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Lucknow, who ordered a departmental inquiry before suspending him.
