Even if you have watched the latest episode of the Game of Thrones – one of most series popular TV series ever, you have fresh reasons to be cautious while browsing the social media, as unconfirmed spoilers have stormed Reddit recently.
The Game of Thrones season 8 leaks talks about the next two episodes in the mega-series – fifth and sixth episodes, which will also be the last two, marking the end of the HBO epic fantasy series. Leaks have been posted on two subreddits – A Song of Ice and Fire (/r/asoiaf) and Free Folk, buried in their comment sections, sending waves of discomfort to the followers of the hit telly.
The alleged leak shared hours before the Game of Thrones season 8 episode 4 “The Last of the Starks”, is in line with the episode and backs the genuinity of the leaks. But, as the producers are known to follow a strict secure route in their communication, it is highly unlikely that someone was able to get inside access. As Jaime Lannister actor Nikolaj Coster-Waldau famously said last year: Scripts were only provided digitally to actors, which would vanish after the scene had been shot. “It’s like Mission: Impossible. ‘This will self-destruct’,” he had told.
In the seventh season, it was seen that Stark and Targaryen houses joined their forces to fight against the white walkers. Cersei Lannister, however, was still safe in the south of Westeros with Jaime deserting her and riding up north.
