The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering results for 2026 will be announced shortly as official educational updates and from the conducting institute have confirmed March 19, 2026 as the official announcement date. The official exam schedule shows that GATE 2026 results will be announced on March 19, 2026. Candidates can access their qualifying results and download their results through the GOAPS portal by using their enrollment ID and password after the results are displayed.
The result page will display important details including:
- Candidate’s marks obtained
- GATE score
- All India Rank (AIR)
- Category-wise qualifying marks
When Will GATE 2026 Scorecards Be Available?
While the results will be released on March 19, the official scorecards are expected to be available for download from March 27, 2026. Only candidates who qualify in the examination will be able to download the scorecard from the GOAPS portal.

GATE 2026 Exam Timeline
The computer-based examination took place throughout India on February 7 and 8 and February 14 and 15 of 2026.
IIT Guwahati published the response sheets and provisional answer keys on February 22, 2026 after the exam finished which enabled candidates to assess their performance and calculate their potential scores.
The objection window remained open until February 28, 2026 after which the authorities created the final answer key and results.
