GBSHSE SSC Result 2020: Goa board to announce class 10th results on this date, check here

The Goa Board class 10th result will be made available on the official website of the Goa Board gbshse.gov.in at 4:30 PM on July 28 while the distribution of mark sheets via schools will take place a day or two later.

Goa SSC Result 2020: The Goa Board for Secondary and Higher Secondary Education will be going to announce the results of the SSC examinations on July 28 at 4:30 PM, according to the reports, Goa Board chairman has confirmed this news.

Around 19680 students have appeared for the examinations that were postponed owing to the Covid-19 pandemic and were finally conducted starting from May 21 onwards. However, the exams were completed without any incident despite fears that the conduct of examinations would help spread the virus and place children and their families at risk.

The results will be made available on the official website of the Goa Board gbshse.gov.in at 4:30 PM on July 28 while the distribution of mark sheets via schools will take place a day or two later.

How to check the Goa GBSHSE SSC 10th result 2020:

  • After the result is released, the students can check the result through the official website of GBSHSE- gbshse.gov.in.
  • Click on the ‘download result link’.
  • Enter the roll number or name as mentioned in the admit card in the login window.
  • Click on “Get Results” to view your Goa Board Result 2020.
  • Download the result and save it for further reference.
  • Students can also take a print out of the result for further reference.

The start of the fresh academic year yet to be decided, uncertainty remains for those students who have just taken the SSC examination with the admission process. While, the Board is hopeful that the fresh academic year can begin from September, but with cases rising in the state, doubts remain.

The Goa Board has also taken a decision related to reducing the syllabus for the students who are answering Std X in the upcoming year by 20-30 percent.

In the HSSC, class 12 result released, a total of 89.27 per cent students have passed the exam successfully. The Commerce stream has the highest pass percentage with 92.82 per cent, followed by Science- 88.96 per cent. The Arts stream has the least pass percentage at 85.30 per cent. The girls have outshined boys by securing 90.44 per cent, while the pass percentage of boys is 87.43 per cent.
