Uttar Pardesh is well known as a notorious place from murders to gang rape, these things has been pretty common for UP based people. A new incident which came to light was from Gorakhpur as some men vandalised the police station when stopped to play DJ.
According to the information, the Kuri Bazaar’s head in charge was on patrol of the police post and he heard the DJ being played in a house about 20 metres away from the police post. While going, the police in charge stopped them to play thus the DJ stopped. But when he returned at about 10:00, the DJ was again playing and by hearing to it the police in charge took one of the man to the station.
When the person caught by the post-charge was not released, a large number of people started threatening and started pelting brick and stones at the police station.
The policemen on the spot closed the door and somehow saved their lives and apprised Belghat Thanadat Bibi Rajhar of the entire incident on the phone. Thereafter, the vice-head arrived there with a heavy police force and handled the situation.
In this case, the police have arrested half a dozen miscreants on the spot and so far a dozen people have been caught in the police station and legal action is being taken against them. According to SP South Vipul Srivastava, stringent action will be taken by registering a case against miscreants.
