GPAT 2019: Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) started its application process today from November 01. The aspirants of Masters in Pharmacy programme can apply online at the official website of National Test Agency at nta.ac.in.

GPAT was earlier conducted by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) until last year. However, from this year onwards, the test will be organised by the National Test Agency (NTA) which will certify the candidates’ eligibility to seek admission into Master in Pharmacy programme.

GPAT 2019: Steps to Apply

Step 1: Filling the online registration with basic details on the NTA website – nta.ac.in

Step 2: Fill up the application form using all your academic details. Keep scanned copies of certificates ready.

Step 3: One can use either offline or online mode of payment. For offline payment, generate a challan while filling the application form and pay that in the bank.

GPAT 2019: Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates should be holding a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
  • Those who are in the final year of B Pharmacy course is also eligible for apply
  • B Tech/equivalent students are not eligible to apply

What is GPAT exam?

The GPAT test makes the Pharma students seeking to get admission for Masters programme eligible for a suitable college for the Post Graduation degree. The AICTE affiliated and approved schools, colleges, and institutes seek the GPAT score of the student to make them eligible for admission in their institutions.
