Senior leader Ajay Chautala on Saturday declared that he would launch his own political outfit at a public meeting in the district on December 9. Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) recently expelled Ajay Chautala, which further created jolt within the parties.
Addressing his supporters at a rally in Jind, Ajay named his younger brother Abhay ‘Duryodhan’and stated “INLD Billu ko Mubarak. Who mera azeez hai (Billu, younger brother Ajay, is welcome to INLD. He is very dear to me)”. Ajay’s son Dushyant, who was also expelled from the party, said at the rally that he “didn’t want to go back to the party that threw them out”.
The political development happened after INLD party expelled three family members from Ajay Chautala including his grandsons Dushyant and Digvijay, and then his son Ajay over ‘indiscipline’. Ajay’s wife, lawmaker Naina Chautala, dared the party to have her expelled as well and hinted at a new political party.
