Commuters heading to work had a tough time wading through waterlogged areas in the National Capital Region.
Although the rains brought relief from the scorching heat, it clogged several roadways in the region.
Areas like Delhi, Patparganj, IP Extension and Sector 12, 16, 18 and 56 of Noida were severely waterlogged.
Traffic remained largely unaffected as the rainfall took place early in the morning.
On Wednesday, the day remained humid with a temperature of about 34 degrees Celsius.
