Horizon Industrial Parks IPO Day 3: The Horizon Industrial Parks IPO entered its final day of bidding on Wednesday, August 19, with investor demand remaining relatively subdued. The ₹2,600-crore mainboard issue opened on August 17 and closes today.

The IPO has a price band of ₹57 to ₹60 per share, with a lot size of 250 shares. At the upper price band, retail investors need a minimum investment of ₹15,000. The issue is a fresh issue with the money basically meant for debt repayment and some general corporate uses.

Horizon Industrial Parks IPO Day 3

By 12:30 PM on August 19, the IPO got subscribed 0.38 times, based on what NDTV Profit reported. Category wise subscription are:

  • Qualified Institutional Buyers QIBs: 0.29x
  • Non-Institutional Investors NIIs: 0.34x
  • Retail Individual Investors RIIs: 0.67x
  • Employees: 1.12x
  • Overall: 0.38x

The most recent Grey Market Premium GMP was around ₹1 per share on August 19. Since the upper end price band is ₹60, that ₹1 GMP suggests a possible grey-market listing price of roughly ₹61 which is like a premium near 1.67%.

Still, GMP is unofficial and it is not regulated indicator. So it doesn’t really guarantee the actual listing price. It can swing hard before the listing happens.

Also, a separate market update mentioned the GMP at ₹0.50 around 12:30 PM, which shows how fast these quotes can shift around. Investors should therefore avoid treating any single GMP figure as a guaranteed listing prediction.

What Does Horizon Industrial Parks Do?

Horizon Industrial Parks works in the industrial and logistics infrastructure space developing and leasing industrial parks and warehousing facilities too.

They’ve got exposure to India’s growing logistics and warehousing market which is getting a boost from e-commerce, manufacturing activity, and supply chain expansion. At the same time, investors should not ignore concentration risks because reports using what the company has disclosed suggest that a meaningful chunk of revenue arrives from just a limited number of cities and customers.

Where Will the IPO Money Go?

One of the main reasons behind this issue is deleveraging. Out of the ₹2,600 crore being raised, roughly ₹2,250 crore is meant for repayment or prepayment of certain borrowings, as per available IPO details.

Of course, bringing down debt can help the balance sheet and maybe reduce the financing burden, but investors should still examine whether the post-IPO financial setup is actually enough to offset the risks that come with how the business operates.

Listing Date

The shares are tentatively planned to list on August 24, 2026 on NSE and BSE.

The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on August 20 after that refund initiation and share credit should happen on August 21.
