ICSE, ISC Result 2020 to be released today at 3 PM on cisce.org

After the result is released, students who appeared in the exams will be able to view their result by logging into the official website of the CISCE, 'cisce.org', and 'results.cisce.org'.

ICSE, ISC Result 2020: ICSE and ICS examination results will be released tomorrow i.e., on July 10, 2020, at 3 PM. Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) confirmed the result date in a notice published on its official website cisce.org.

The ICSE (class 10th) and ISC (class 12th) exam results will be made available on the ‘Careers’ portal of the Council, Council’s official website, and through SMS. So, students are advised to keep an eye on the official website for latest updates regarding the result.

Schools affiliated to CISCE would be able to access their students’ results by logging into the CAREERS portal using Principal’s login ID and password.

After the result is released, students who appeared in the exams will be able to view their result by logging into the official website of the CISCE, ‘cisce.org’, and ‘results.cisce.org’.

How to check ICSE Result 2020 online?

  • Step 1: Visit cisce.org
  • Step 2:  Click on the ICSE Result 2020
  • Step 3:  Feed in the Login credentials
  • Step 4: Click on the Submit option
  • Step 5: The result will pop up on the computer screen.

To get results on SMS, students have to send their Unique id to 09248082883 in the following format : ‘ICSE/ISC (Unique ID)’.

On July 26, CISCE informed Supreme Court that it was working on an alternative assessment scheme  for cancelled papers for awarding marks to students which was similar to CBSE and will declare the results for board exams by July 15.

Later, on July 2, the Council released a percentage-base assessment scheme which had internal assessment marks, and marks scored in the best three subjects as components.

Earlier, as the COVID-19 has impacted all aspects of life globally, and in view of this and the subsequent lockdown across the country, the schools were shut for the past three months. The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), the board which holds the ICSE and ISC annual exams, issued a notification to reduce the syllabus by 25 per cent for next academic year due to “significant shortening of the academic year and loss of the instructional hours” in the wake of COVID-19 pandemic.
