The whole nation is currently fighting the wrath of coronavirus pandemic and due to which there has been extended nation-wide lockdown.
Amid the ongoing crisis, several school exams, national entrance exams, and college exams have been delayed or cancelled. In this case, the government and many institutes have put forward the idea of conducting online courses and examinations.
Lately, there have been a lot of speculations going around the admission process of 2020. To rest all the speculations, Newsd got in touch with Academic coordinator of IIMC Radhuvinder Kumar Chawla.
“Amid the current prevailing situation of coronavirus pandemic, the university is planning to conduct online exams and is also deciding upon the further course of action in the admission process of session 2020,” said Chawla.
“A high-level meeting is currently underway among the top management and decision regarding the beginning of admission process of IIMC will be out by next week,” said RK Chawla.
The IIMC is an autonomous society under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. The admission process usually begins in May with Entrance exams but this year due to an outbreak of coronavirus pandemic the process got delayed.
The aspirants are keenly waiting for the admission process to begin.
