iQOO Neo11 Ultra Launch: iQOO seems ready to roll out its next iQOO Neo11 Ultra in China come August 18 2026. It’s being sold as that performance leaning flagship for the Neo line. It’s also supposed to arrive at the same time as the iQOO Z11S.
The brand already teased a set of big ticket specs, like a 6.83-inch 2K display, a really hefty 9,100mAh battery, and a customised MediaTek Dimensity 9500M chipset that’s tuned for the device. For the China market the launch date is locked on August 18, but iQOO still hasn’t pinned down an India launch day or what the Indian price might be.

iQOO Neo11 Ultra Display
The Neo11 Ultra is expected to feature a 6.83-inch flat 2K OLED display using Visionox’s F2 display technology. Recent reports also point to a 144Hz refresh rate, making the panel particularly suited to gaming and high-frame-rate content.
New Custom Chipset
iQOO has confirmed that the Neo11 Ultra will use the MediaTek Dimensity 9500M, a customised 3nm chipset developed jointly by iQOO and MediaTek. It incorporates iQOO’s next-generation Monster Super Core Engine, which is designed to balance high performance with power efficiency.
Reports indicate that the customised chip is paired with an 11-core Mali GPU, although buyers should treat some of the detailed hardware information as pre-launch reporting until iQOO publishes the complete specifications.

9,100mAh Battery With 100W Charging
The phone will pack a massive 9,100mAh battery, which iQOO says is the largest battery yet in a Neo-series smartphone. It is expected to support 100W wired fast charging.
iQOO claims the battery can deliver up to 13.7 hours of uninterrupted gameplay in popular MOBA titles and around 23 hours of continuous short-video playback under its testing conditions. Actual endurance will vary depending on network conditions, brightness, gaming and other usage.
iQOO Neo11 Ultra Launch: Camera
The Neo11 Ultra is expected to use a relatively simple dual-camera setup on the rear.
According to leaked specifications, the phone could feature:
- 50MP primary camera with OIS
- 8MP secondary/ultrawide camera
- 16MP front camera
The rear cameras are arranged horizontally, giving the Neo11 Ultra a different appearance from the standard Neo11.
Design and Durability
The iQOO Neo11 Ultra is rumored to come with a metal middle frame and a matte back. Some reports say the whole device should sit around 8.6mm thick and weigh roughly 225 grams.
As for durability, it’s mentioned it will support IP68 and IP69 for dust and water-resistance in other words it should be pretty well protected. There’s also talk that a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner will be built into the display like under-screen capability. The options are said to be Light White, Shadow Black and Wind Chaser.
