New Delhi: In the IRCTC scam, Rashtriya Janata Dal supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav Laloo Yadav was to appear in the Patiala Court of Delhi today through video conferencing, but it did not happen after which the court adjourned the hearing till December 20. Along with this, the court has ordered the CBI to make proper arrangements for hearing through video conferencing.

The court directed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Enforcement Directorate (ED) to ensure Lalu’s presence through video-conference from the hospital if he is still lodged there, or from jail.

Former Bihar chief minister and Lalu Yadav’s wife Rabari Devi and his son Tejaswi Yadav has already got bail in the IRCTC case.

Rabari Devi reached Delhi on Sunday and she spoke to media at the airport and expressed her concern about her husband health. She said, “I am very worried about my husband deteriorating health condition.”

She also resented against Chief Minister Nitish Kumar approach of monitoring her family  and said, “We are under the watch of the people of Bihar, what is the need of installing CCTV camera for that matter.”
