What We Know About Ironheart So Far
In the new trailer, Riri Williams teams up with a character called The Hood, played by Anthony Ramos. The trailer shows that The Hood will guide Riri, but things may get dangerous. Riri’s family and friends warn her that she could face big risks. The show also shows Riri building a cool new suit that lets her fly.
Anthony Ramos talked about his character The Hood, saying, “I think Parker almost is a guy who was a misfit. He wants to take in other misfits and show the world that you looked at us as outcasts but we’re going to end up on top. Parker is… a deep dive into a dark place. But on the inside Parker believes that he’s doing good and Parker has a love for his crew and a love for his people. I’m trying to dance around the plot because I can’t give y’all the deets! He’s a complex guy and Parker kicks ass.” This makes it clear that The Hood is not a simple character, and his role will be important in the story.

Marvel is known for surprises, so viewers can expect some special guest appearances from other Marvel characters too. There are rumors that Sacha Baron Cohen might play the bad guy Mephisto, but Marvel has not said anything about that yet.
Dominique Thorne, who plays Riri, shared that Robert Downey Jr., the actor who made Iron Man famous, gave his support to the show. She said, “I literally got two thumbs up. It’s really reassuring to know you’re not embarrassing Iron Man.” This shows that the new series has the approval of some big names in Marvel, which makes fans even more excited.
