ITC Q1 Results: ITC has told investors that its board will meet on Friday, 31 July 2026, to look at the company’s June quarter numbers for FY27. In the exchange filing highlighted by NDTV Profit, the company said the board meeting was fixed to approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. The Q1 results should come on 31 July. The filing did not say anything about a dividend, and it also did not give any post-earnings conference call details.

Trading Window stays shut

ITC had already told the market that its trading window for designated people and their close family members is closed from 1 July 2026 and will stay shut until 48 hours after the Q1 results are announced. This is a normal SEBI insider-trading rule, and it is meant to stop trading when people may still have unpublished price-sensitive information. The company has not mentioned any separate earnings call in the filing, so investors are still waiting for more details on that front.

What the Last Quarter looked like

ITC’s March quarter numbers give a sense of how the business was doing before the next results arrive. The company’s Q4 FY26 net profit rose 5% year on year to Rs 5,469.74 crore from Rs 4,874.93 crore. Revenue from operations fell 7% to Rs 16,050 crore from Rs 17,249 crore, while EBITDA rose to Rs 6,425 crore from Rs 5,987 crore.

The margin also improved to 40% from 34.7% in the same quarter a year earlier. In its official results release, ITC said the board recommended a final dividend of Rs 8.00 per share for FY26, taking the full-year dividend to Rs 14.50 per share.

Where the Stock stands now

The stock has had a weak run over the past year. NDTV Profit said ITC shares were down 30.35% year to date and 33.79% over the last 12 months. NSE data showed ITC at Rs 276.70, up 0.42%, on 15 July 2026. So the next result date is important not just for earnings watchers, but also for investors looking for a fresh signal on the company’s near-term mood.
