JEE Main 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will shortly begin accepting JEE 2024 applications. The National Testing Agency has just published the dates for the first and second exam sessions. According to the NTA exam calendar 2024, which was published on nta.ac.in, the session 1 test for JEE Main 2024 will be administered in January and the session 2 exam will be administered in April. The examination for Session 1 will be administered between January 24 and February 1, and the examination for Session 2 will be administered between April 1 and April 15. These dates are included in the 2024 NTA test Calendar.
According to historical patterns, JEE Mains registration typically commences in December. Consequently, it is envisaged that registration for the JEE Mains 2024 Session 1 will begin in December of this year. However, the JEE Mains Registration commencement date has not been officially confirmed.
The National Testing Agency’s announcement stated, “Candidates will be informed of examination-specific information through the Information Bulletin of respective examinations, which will be published at the time registration forms for these examinations are made available.”
JEE Main 2024 Application Instructions
Step 1: Navigate to the JEE Main website at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: Select “JEE Main 2024 session 1 registration”
Step 3: involves inputting the application number and password into the application form.
Step 4: Enter your personal and academic information and upload the required documents according to the instructions.
Step 5: Complete the online payment of the JEE Main 2024 application fee.
Step 6: Submit the application and obtain the JEE Mains session 1 application form for 2024.
The curriculum for JEE Mains 2024 will focus on Math, Physics, and Chemistry from Classes 11 and 12. In conjunction with the JEE Main announcement for 2024, NTA will publish the JEE Main curriculum for 2024 with weighting.
There are two sections in the JEE Mains exam. The JEE Mains determines admission to undergraduate engineering programs (B.E./B.Tech.) at prestigious institutions such as NITs, IIITs, and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), as well as Institutions/Universities recognized by participating State Governments.
Additionally, JEE Main is the necessary prerequisite for passing the JEE (Advanced), which is mandatory for securing admission to an IIT. Paper 2 is required for admission to the Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Planning programs.
