AIIMS INI CET 2025 July Session: Round 1 Result on June 25
JNU has planned to release a total of three merit lists for PG admissions. The first list will come out on June 27, and the other two will follow later. This gives students more than one chance to secure a seat, depending on their CUET PG performance and availability of seats. JNU PG Admissions 2025: Rules for Tie-Breaks
JNU also shared some rules about what they will do if two or more students end up with the same marks. When there’s a tie in scores, the university will first look at who has the higher marks in the entrance test. If the tie still remains, they will check the marks from the student’s undergraduate degree. The one with better UG scores will get the seat. This is the official tie-breaking method for PG admissions at JNU in 2025.

MBA bunching marks
for students applying to MBA, there’s something more to know. If there’s bunching in the marks like many students having the same score then JNU will compare the CAT percentiles first.
If a tie still happens, they’ll look at past academic scores. And if someone’s result is already declared while the other’s is still pending, then the student with the declared result will be preferred. This rule helps make the selection process fair when multiple students have similar scores.
MBA Application Fee
JNU also announced the application fee details for the MBA programme.
- Indian students in General, OBC, or EWS categories will have to pay ₹2,000.
- For those who belong to SC, ST, or PWD categories, the fee is ₹1,000.
These fees need to be paid at the time of applying for the MBA programme through the admission portal.
