Kailasavadivoo Sivan Bio: Kailasavadivoo Sivan was born on 14 April 1957 in Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu, and is an Indian space scientist. (India). Since January 2018, he has served as the Chairman of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO).
