“Kangana Ranaut will be remembered for decades for her hard work in movies”: Anupam Kher schools a troll

Over the years, Kangana Ranaut has established herself as a talent to reckon with. Apart from wining three National awards for acting, she has also made quite a mark with her directorial debut, Manikarnika. While the film is garnering accolades and going great at the Box Office, a behind a scenes clip from Manikarnika surfaced online, where Kangana was seen shooting for close up action sequences on a mechanical horse.

Despite clarification from many CGI -VFX experts and stunt directors that such sequences were always shot in a similar way, in both Hollywood and Bollywood, and the fact that there were many clips of the actress riding a horse for the long shots, many continued to troll relentlessly. However, veteran actor Anupam Kher had a rather befitting reply for a troll, who was using the clip to take a jibe at Kangana’s stand on patriotism and recent terror attacks. In his tweet, Kher wrote,

“How much venom this man has against a self made actress #KanganaRanaut!! This is called ‘acting’ idiot. Actors all over the world do that. That is their job. She will be remembered for decades for her hard work in movies. While you got your fifteen minute fame by using her name.’’

After Kher, Paresh Rawal also shared his thoughts on the trolling Kangana was being subjected to.
“According to these dimwits and pinheads they believe that superman and Batman in Hollywood films are actually flying and it’s not some camera trick or CG effects …!

Television actor Karanvir Bohra also supported Kangana on the issue and cited example of how Hollywood blockbuster like Seabiscuit was also shot in a similar way.

Kangana herself is currently in Bhopal, shooting for Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari’s directorial, Panga.
