It is a well-known fact that Priyanka Chopra and Kareena Kapoor Khan cannot be in the same room together. The reason? Well, both of them hate each other for starters. However, we can trust Karan Johar to play the mediator, who brought even Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan under the same roof and posing for pictures.
This time, Karan Johar wants to be the buffer for Bollywood’s leading ladies Kareena Kapoor Khan and Priyanka Chopra. The Dharma head honcho wants to bring both beauties together for his upcoming season of Koffee With Karan.
They have worked together in only one film, Akshay Kumar’s Aitraaz in 2004, but they have shared screen space in several others including 36 China Town, Don, Billu, Ra.One, Kismat Talkies and Bombay Talkies.
The only other time Kareena and Priyanka came together is for the finale of the first season of Kaun Banega Crorepati when Shah Rukh Khan hosted it in 2007.
However, there is a bit of history that they share. And which was reportedly the cause for an alleged cat-fight between the two actresses that every Bollywood site gleefully reported but nobody honestly managed to see. A major cold war is said to have broken out between the two after Shahid Kapoor split with Kareena in 2006 and famously began dating Priyanka.

This war is believed to have gone public when Kareena made a remark against Priyanka saying, “I wonder where she got her accent from?” Not to be outdone, Priyanka gave it back on Koffee with Karan saying, “I got it from the same place her boyfriend got it from.”
There is so much more for them to talk about now that they have respectively moved on professionally and personally as well. While Kareena Kapoor is married to Saif Ali Khan, Priyanka Chopra recently got engaged to popstar Nick Jonas. Let’s hope we get to two of them on Karan’s sofa pretty soon.
