In 2017, Irrfan Khan had us rolling on the floor with his amazing performance in Hindi Medium. The film also starred Saba Qamar in the lead role. For a long time, Irrfan was missed in the film industry as he was undergoing treatment for his tumor in London. The actor returned to Mumbai last month and last week, he started shooting for Angrezi Medium, a sequel to his 2017 superhit. As we had had earlier reported, Kareena Kapoor Khan will be playing the lead alongside Irrfan in the film.
Bebo or the makers have not confirmed the news yet. But Radhika Madan, who plays a vital role in the film gave us proof that Kareena indeed is a part of Angrezi Medium. Today, Radhika started shooting for the film along with Irrfan in Rajasthan. She shared a picture of a clapperboard and captioned it, “As excited as the man behind! So so so grateful for this new journey. @irrfan @homster @maddockfilms #kareenakapoorkhan #dineshvijan.”
