Karnataka will hold a single-phase election on May 10, and vote tabulation will take place on May 13, according to CEC Rajeev Kumar.

In Karnataka, more than 9.17 million first-time electors will participate in the election. In addition, more than 1.25 lakh applications were received under the Advance Application Facility from adolescents aged 17 and older, of which approximately 41,000 applications were received from those turning 18 by April 1, 2023.
