Karnataka: A man from Karnataka was detained for allegedly slitting his friend’s throat and drinking his blood because he suspected he was having an affair with his wife, according to officials.
The friend is in the hospital and has survived.

According to police, Vijay suspected that his associate Maresh was having an affair with his wife. He requested to meet with Maresh.
In a fit of fury, Vijay allegedly slit Mahesh’s throat with a sharp-edged weapon as their argument escalated. In a cell phone video captured by a witness, Vijay is seen holding down his companion and consuming his blood.
Vijay appears to be questioning Maresh, whose larynx has been slashed open. He inquires whether he should murder him.
He is observed bending over and consuming the blood dripping from Maresh’s jugular.
Additionally, Vijay is seen punching and slapping the injured individual.

The suspect was taken into custody after the disturbing video went viral on social media. Vijay has been charged with attempted murder at the Kencharlahalli police station, while Maresh is undergoing treatment, according to officials.
Since the weapon was tiny, according to the police, it did not cause severe injuries.
