KCET 2026 Result Soon:The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) is expected to announce the KCET 2026 result this week, through its official portals. Candidates who appeared for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2026 will be able to check their scores and rank cards online via the KEA official website and the CET online portal once the result link gets activated.
Before the result declaration actually happens, KEA has also shared an important advisory for students from CBSE, CISCE, and other non-Karnataka boards. They’ve been asked to update their Class 12 marks using DigiLocker verification. The authority said that if students do not complete the process, it could lead to KCET 2026 results not being released, and even rank generation being held back.

As per recent updates, KEA is right now finalising the merit preparation activity after collecting verified Class 12 academic records from candidates. The KCET rank list is prepared using a 50:50 weightage approach that ties together CET scores and Class 12 marks in equal measure.
KEA Advisory For CBSE, CISCE And Other Board Students
KEA has specifically instructed candidates from CBSE, CISCE, and other state boards to enable DigiLocker integration on the KCET portal so that marks can be fetched automatically for merit calculation. Manual mark entry or uploading scanned report cards is not allowed.
The authority stated that the verification process is mandatory for rank generation and counselling eligibility.

1. Visit DigiLocker and log in.
2. Download the verified Class 12 marksheet issued by your board.
3. Open the KCET candidate portal at (CET Online Karnataka)
4. Enable DigiLocker access permission.
5. Verify the fetched marks and submit the details online.
KEA has advised candidates to complete the process immediately to avoid delays in result processing.

KCET Result 2026 Expected Date
While KEA has not officially confirmed the exact date and time of the result announcement, some education portals and various reports are indicating that the KCET 2026 result will probably be declared in the last week of May.
The provisional answer key for KCET 2026 came out on April 27, and the objection window stayed open till April 30. Once the objections are reviewed, KEA is expected to release the final answer key along with the results, more or less together.
How To Check KCET Result 2026?
1. Go to the KEA official portal at kea.kar.nic.in.
2. On the homepage, click on the “KCET Result 2026” link.
3. Enter your Application Number and the first four characters of your name.
4. The rank card will appear on the screen.
5. View and download it for future reference.
The scorecard will contain subject-wise marks, overall rank, qualifying status, and counselling-related details.
