After having two high-risk pregnancies, Kim Kardashian West and husband Kanye West has decided to opt for surrogacy this time. According to TMZ.com, the reality star and the Grammy-winning musician have decided to have another baby. The couple is already parents to daughter North West, 4, and son Saint West, 18 months.
As the third pregnancy potentially has been life-threatening, they approached an agency to hire a surrogate. The couple will pay the surrogate around $45k in 10 monthly installments of $4,500 in the $113,850 deal. The initial deposit, that the wedded couple will pay the surrogate’s agency, is believed to be a whopping $68,850.
Conditions that the surrogate needs to follow:
The surrogate is needed to abstain from smoking, drinking, and drugs during the period of pregnancy. Besides, she also has to limit sexual activities in the weeks leading up to the pregnancy, including foregoing sexual intercourse for 3 weeks after embryo implantation.

Apart from that, the surrogate cannot go in hot tubs or saunas. She cannot change cat litter, apply hair dye, drink more than one caffeinated beverage daily or eat raw fish.
Kim and Kanye “assume the legal and parental responsibilities for any child… that may possess any congenital or other abnormalities or defects,” as per the agreement.
