KPI Green Energy has announced a significant financial performance for the quarter ending March 31, witnessing a 49% leap in consolidated net profit to Rs 155.48 crore, propped up by a revenue surge.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 104.18 crore in the previous year, marking a steady growth trajectory in its earnings. Revenue jumped substantially to Rs 810.20 crore from Rs 577.80 crore during the same period last year.
Further boosting investor confidence, the board proposed a final dividend of Re 0.25 per equity share, along with a special dividend of Re 0.15 per equity share, pending shareholder approval. Following the announcement, KPI Green’s shares climbed 5.08% on the BSE.
