Mahesh Babu drops film with Nenokkadine Director Sukumar

They both have earlier collaborated for Telugu psychological thriller, 1: Nenokkadine which was a huge hit and fans were waiting for them to make a comeback with another film.

There is bad news for all the Mahesh Babu fans who were excited to see the actor collaborating again with director Sukumar. A few days ago there were speculations doing rounds on social media regarding the actor doing a film with director Sukumar.

They both have earlier collaborated for Telugu psychological thriller, 1: Nenokkadine which was a huge hit and fans were waiting for them to make a comeback with another film. But unfortunately, it has been confirmed by the actor himself now that he will not be a part of the film with director Sukumar.

Mahesh Babu took to Twitter to make the major announcement.  He wrote “Due to creative differences, my film with Sukumar is not happening. I wish him all the best on the announcement of his new project. Respect always for a filmmaker par excellence. 1 Nenokkadine will remain as a cult classic. Enjoyed every moment working on that film.” He also mentioned, “All the best sir for your new film.”


On the work front, Mahesh Babu will be next seen in the Vamsi Paidipally’s directorial Maharshi. The film will hit the theatre on April 25. He is also producing a biopic on martyr Sandeep Unnikrishnan titled Major in which Adivi Sesh will essay the role of the major.

Also, Rangasthalam director Sukumar will be reuniting with Allu Arjun after a gap of 9 years and the title of the film has not yet revealed by the director.
