The annual Mumbai Film Festival has already begun and the first day was a star-studded affair as actors took part in discussions and spoke about a lot of things.
The event ended with Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor in conversation with Karan Johar. The Koffee host and the divas discussed everything including Alia Bhatt’s relationship with Ranbir Kapoor and their marriage.
According to the reports, Karan asked Alia if she had ever imagined that there would be a day that Kareena might be her sister-in-law as she is dating Ranbir Kapoor.
Kareena revealed that would be the ‘happiest’ if Alia became family. While Alia tried to dodge the question, Karan was in no mood to let it go so easily, he added, “Whenever it has to happen, both Kareena and I will be exceptionally happy and we’d be standing there with a thaali.”
However, all this discussion didn’t go well with Kangana Ranaut’s sister Rangoli Chandel.
Rangoli took to Twitter and mocked the discussion of the trio, she wrote, “MAMI ka closing discussion yeh tha ki Alia iss waqt ki sabse mahan kalakar hai, aur woh Kareena ji ki bhabi hai aur unki shaadi mein Karan ji pooja ka thaal lekar unka sawagat karenge, hmm achcha hai hum jaise gawar kya jane art ki baatein, humein toh kuch samajh aaya hi nahin.”
Rangoli also retweeted another tweet and wrote, “Pehle award shows ko aur ab film festivals ko bhi kitty party bana diya.” Check out Rangoli’s tweets below:
