He said Uber was “refunding the money” but questioned safety concerns’ complexity. He asks “Why is it so challenging to comprehend that the issue is passenger safety?” Why did the SOS icon fail? What should Uber drivers do? “How can a driver request that a female passenger exit the taxi during the course of the ride?” He also supplied an Uber support chat snapshot saying “I reviewed the trip” and “I adjusted the fare to Rs. 0.”
