Manoj Bajpayee Office Space: Manoj Bajpayee, a Bollywood actor, and his wife Shabana Bajpayee recently purchased four office buildings in Mumbai. According to reports, the couple paid Rs 32.94 crore for these apartments, which have a combined carpet space of 7,620 square feet (sqft) and are situated in the Oshiwara neighbourhood.
The four office apartments are situated on the 12th floor of Oshiwara’s Signature Building, off Veera Desai Road, according to a Moneycontrol report. According to the report, the purchase was made on October 4.
The Family Man star reportedly paid Rs 1.86 crore in stamp duty for the four office units, according to the records.

The carpeting in the four office spaces is 1,905 square feet each unit. The deal will cost Rs 31.08 crore in total, or Rs 7.77 crore for each office unit. The four office units are being offered by the vendor, Veer Savarkar Projects Private Limited, along with nine parking spaces. Each office space has a built-up area of 2,099 square feet, according to Floortap.com, and Manoj Bajpayee spent Rs 30,000 in registration costs to buy each office unit.

The Bajpayees’ new office buildings are located in the same micromarket where Bollywood star Flora Saini previously purchased an apartment in 2013. She hasn’t moved into the flat, though, as the renovation is still not finished, according to sources.
A number of well-known Bollywood actors have agreements in place to purchase property in Mumbai in 2023. Actor Amitabh Bachchan spent close to Rs 29 crore on four offices with a combined square footage of about 8,400 in a commercial building in Andheri, Mumbai.
In order to register the transactions that took place on September 1 of this year in order to purchase these offices from real estate firm Veer Savarkar Projects, Amitabh Bachchan reportedly paid stamp duty of Rs. 1.72 crore.
Sara Ali Khan’s mother Amrita Singh and stars Kartik Aryan and Sara Ali Khan have all bought homes in the skyscraper. According to FloorTap.com, Kartik Aryan paid Rs 10 crore for the almost 2,100 sqft office, while Sara Ali Khan and Amrita Singh paid Rs 9 crore for a space of a comparable size.
Kartik Aryan and Sara Ali Khan’s apartments are on the fourth story of the building, while Amitabh Bachchan’s office apartments are on the 21st floor. Additionally, actors Kajol and Ajay Devgan have also purchased offices in the same building.
